Program Policy

Welcome to the jobzjourney™ Rewards Program — a simple way to earn points as you take action and grow your career journey. Here’s exactly how it works:

1. Who can earn points

  • Align and Elevate subscribers earn points for activities and referrals.
  • Reflect level users (including during initial free access) earn referral points only, not activity points.
  • Double points apply to all eligible activities and referrals for the first 30 days from signup, whether you’re on Reflect or a paid plan.
  • The Sign-Up Bonus may be offered as a promotional campaign at our discretion and is not guaranteed for every new paid subscription. It is not doubled.

2. When points are credited

Points for all activities and referrals are calculated for each calendar month and credited to your account by the 15th of the following month, after any applicable refund period has passed. This means your points balance updates once a month.

One reward per activity per day: Each activity can earn points once per day. Additional repeats will not generate extra points.

3. Double points for new members

Double points start immediately at signup and apply to all eligible activities and referrals for the first 30 days. The Sign-Up Bonus is one-time and is not doubled.

5. Plan changes and points

If you upgrade or downgrade, your future points follow the rules of your new plan level. Points you’ve already earned do not expire and stay available as long as your account is active. If your account is fully canceled, you may lose access to redeem points.

6. Program fairness

  • Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Promotional campaigns (like the Sign-Up Bonus) may change or end at any time, at the sole discretion of jobzjourney™.
  • jobzjourney™ may adjust, revoke, or correct points in cases of misuse, fraud, or technical errors.
  • We’ll always communicate clearly about any major changes.
